Everything You Need to Know

From rejuvenating facials and relaxing body therapies to precise lash and semi-permanent makeup techniques, our experts are dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Explore answers to common questions and learn how we make your experience unforgettable.

Lash Care & Extensions

  • Eyelash extensions typically last 2–4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how well you care for them. We recommend scheduling fills every 2–3 weeks.

  • It’s best to avoid mascara, especially waterproof types, as they can damage the extensions and make them fall out faster. If needed, use a water-based mascara on the tips only.

  • Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours and refrain from using oil-based products around your eyes. Gently brush your lashes daily and use a lash-safe cleanser to keep them clean.

Long-Lasting Beauty Solutions

  • The results of semi-permanent makeup, such as powder brows or lip blush, typically last 1–3 years, depending on your skin type and lifestyle.

  • There is minimal downtime. Expect some redness and swelling, which usually subsides within a few days. The color will initially appear darker but will soften as it heals.

  • Keep the treated area clean and dry for the first few days. Avoid heavy sweating, sun exposure, and applying makeup to the area until it has fully healed.

Skincare Essentials

  • We recommend getting a facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy skin. However, this can vary based on your skin type and specific concerns.

  • A Hydrafacial uses advanced technology to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the skin, while a traditional facial focuses on deep cleansing and manual techniques. Both provide rejuvenating results.

  • Avoid applying makeup for at least 24 hours, stay out of the sun, and use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer to maintain your skin's glow.

Relaxation & Wellness

  • Our massage therapist will discuss your preferences and areas of focus. You’ll be covered with a sheet, and only the area being worked on will be exposed. You can communicate any discomfort or adjustments needed.

  • It depends on your needs and lifestyle, but a monthly massage is ideal for maintenance and stress relief. More frequent sessions may be beneficial for addressing chronic pain or muscle tension.

  • Stay hydrated, avoid strenuous activity, and rest if needed. Drinking plenty of water helps flush out toxins released during the massage.

General Aftercare Tips

  • Keep the area clean and avoid hot showers, sun exposure, and tight clothing for the first 24–48 hours. Use a soothing moisturizer to reduce irritation.

  • Redness or minor irritation is normal. Apply a cold compress to soothe the area and avoid using harsh products until the skin calms down. If irritation persists, contact us for guidance.

  • It’s best to avoid heavy sweating or workouts for 24 hours after treatments like facials, waxing, or lash applications to prevent irritation and ensure optimal results.
